Interior (full) or exterior (drive by) appraisals are normally prepared on standard forms. These can be prepared on your Companies forms or customized as needed.
These include:
- Subject property information
- Area information and property conditions
- Three competitive closed sales
- One to three listings depending on availability
- Pictures of the subject property and comparable sales
- Value adjustments and remarks
